Morning Glory DIY Modular, Customizable, and Stackable Dollhouse Kit (112)

The "Morning Glory" One Inch Scale (1:12 Scale) Dollhouse Kit. This customizable and modular kit is offered in a "BASE KIT" (shown on the left in the main product picture), and as additional "MIDDLE FLOOR" kits. The "BASE KIT" consists of the floors, walls, and roof panels for the bottom and top floors of the doll house. The "MIDDLE FLOOR" kits consist of the floor and wall panels for the individual middle floor. If you want a 2 floor doll house kit, you need nothing more than the BASE KIT. However, if you want a taller doll house, you would need the BASE KIT along with the MIDDLE FLOORs that you would like to add. The main product pic shows the BASE KIT with 2 MIDDLE floor kits on the right. Each floor in both the BASE KIT and the MIDDLE FLOOR kits can be ordered in a number of floor plan options. These options are "OPEN" floor plan with no middle wall, "50/50" split with a wall in the center, and a "60/40" option with an offset middle wall. The "60/40" back wall can be used as a "40/60" option if desired during assembly to add visual variety. Assembly is easy for one person. The only tool suggested is a rubber mallet. Wood glue is strongly recommended when assembling these kits.
